Welcome to Di Paolo Pools. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure that every project—from Vaughan to Toronto—is executed with the precision and excellence our brand represents.

  1. Scope of Services

Di Paolo Pools provides custom pool construction, 3D design, and landscaping services. Our commitment is to transform your vision into a stunning reality through our 4-step expert journey: Discovery, Design, Finalization, and Construction.

  1. Design and Intellectual Property
  • Ownership: All 3D designs, construction plans, and detailed documents created by Di Paolo Pools remain our intellectual property until a construction agreement is finalized.
  • Usage: Designs are intended for the exclusive use of the client for their specific property and may not be reproduced or used by third-party builders without written consent.
  1. Project Estimates and Finalization
  • Discovery: Initial estimates provided during the discovery phase are preliminary based on property assessment.
  • Finalization: Final pricing is confirmed only after the finalization of materials, pool finishes, and technical specifications are agreed upon in the construction contract.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Access: The client must provide the Di Paolo Pools team and our industry network of specialists access to the property for assessments and construction.
  • Permits: While Di Paolo Pools provides guidance and coordination, the client is responsible for ensuring all municipal permits for the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) are in place unless otherwise specified in the contract.
  1. Limitation of Liability

Di Paolo Pools provides complete job oversight; however, we are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, global material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions. We remain by your side to mitigate these issues and ensure a stress-free experience.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any disputes relating to projects in Vaughan, Toronto, or the surrounding GTA shall be resolved within this jurisdiction.
